Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for drafting and finalizing documents and able to negotiate customers / vendors;
Partnering with Business by providing commercial contracts, legal trainings and day to day resolution of their legal issues. Support during negotiations;
Responsible for resolving legal issues and mitigating legal risk for the Project;
Preparing legal templates for standard agreements;
Provide advisory services to various business on day to day matters;
Handling litigation - Planning & Complexity;
Legal support requires multi dimension legal knowledge (drafting, negotiations, litigation handling, risk review etc.)
Supporting business in resolving legal issues with ever changing regulatory framework;
Conducted trainings for ethics and compliance in line with company guidelines;
Any other responsibility as may be entrusted by the management;

People Management & Relations:

Coordinating and managing outside legal counsels
Acting as legal support to all business/departments
Provide legal training to business people on key terms of contracts
