Build up and manage the operations and service delivery of HR Services Emerging Markets. Define and implement roadmap to expand and further enhance scope of HR Services within geography and in line with global shared services roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Establish GBS H2R concept and manage the HR Services Emerging Markets organization and service delivery
Identify transactional and operational HR tasks to be included into HR Services scope within geography and build into roadmap
Drive the execution and implementation of the HR Services Emerging Markets roadmap with a special focus towards operational excellence and efficiency
Define and provide input in regards to harmonization and standardization requirements and impact to the global HR Services roadmap in all aspects (e.g. processes, (org) structures, people practices)
Define, document, and prioritize HR business process requirements, system requirements and work flows for HR Services based on input from HR
Manage payroll vendor, performance and improvements, ensuring on time and in full delivery of payroll in adherence to global rules and regulations
Define, document and set up required roles and responsibilities of HR Services
Develop, implement and ensure that policies and guidelines of HR Services business processes and workflows are in place and used consistently within HR Services
Adhere to global policies and guidelines, as well as to global and local data protection and data privacy regulations
Define and document service level agreements for services provided by HR Services, in line with global SLA framework
Fosters open communication on-going 2-way operating rhythm with key Rewards HR partners to understand their current and future needs and provide transparency about services and value proposition of HR Services
Maintain sound business relationship between HR Services and HR Business Partners in all clusters
Participate actively in benchmarking exercises and networks with other experts in the area of HR Shared Services to ensure best practice knowledge
