Referral Partner network Management and development
Manage and Develop performance of Referral Partner as an individual resource
Developing new avenues to recruit Referral Partner
Understand the states and unstated needs of the Referral Partner and create value at every touchpoint
Identifying new channel for strategic alliance tie-ups
Executing agreements and adhering to compliance while onboarding alliance partners
Managing and nurturing the existing alliance relationship to help to deliver business volumes.
Mange Organized and unorganized broker relationships
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
Managing call centre lead funnel for the assigned geography
Scouting for the new database in the assigned geography to provide for tele-calling
