Responsible for global COE strategy planning • Prioritizes and focuses resources to leverage time effectively • Work with PreSales SE and VE leadership to maintain strategic view of GOSI’s global business and the impact COE’s have on that business (new, renewal, SLA, indirect) • Ensure team delivery of solution roadmaps, maturity assessments, reference architecture design, competitive differentiation exercises and development of executive-level, value bases selling deliverables Strategic Insight • Leads creation and implementation of best practices and methods of engaging with GOSI COE’s and development of strategic relationships • Possess prior experience as a leader within a Global Outsourcer or System Integrator (preferably within a Center of Excellence) • Lead & mentor GOSI COE Architects (India with EMEA/NA in the future) making time to review and discuss strategic plans, associated documentation next steps. • Performs evaluation of team to include overall job performance, revenue alignment/influence, go-to-market offering announcements, quarterly bonus ratings and MBO assignment/tracking. Engage & Enable • Development and tracking of team enablement plans to ensure senior level enterprise and BMC architect level expertise and written and verbal communication skills
