Job Description: 

Desired Candidate Profile

• Detail orientation, Individual discipline and meticulous documentation as a DAILY routine, are key aptitudes we mandate
• Good understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines
• 1+ Solid experience in Android building blocks (Activities, Services, Receivers, and Content providers).
• 1+ years of experience, designing and implementing Android applications and frameworks
• 1+ years of development experience any hybrid framework like React Native or Xamarin or Flutter frameworks is mandatory.
• 1+ Experience building localized, multi-tenant solutions
• Working knowledge of any unit testing libraries (like Mockito)
• Strong design experience and knowledge of implementing UI/UX screens as per standards
• Hands on in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Deep understanding of cross-browser & cross-platform compatibility issues
• Sound working with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
• Git/Bitbucket version control or comparable (SVN etc.)
• Knowledge of SDLC and Fundamental knowledge of Agile SCRUM and KANBAN.
• Good knowledge of all cloud app store management activities, local storage, location services etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Align with the product and associated development team for the mobile application specification.
• Disciplined and prompt in creating detailed SRS, High level design, low level design documents
• Design and Develop mobile applications based on IoT product requirement and design specifications
• Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Capable of rapid development, releasing prototypes while refactoring and fixing code adhering to strict deadlines.
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability improving application performance
• Working with third-party libraries/SDK's such as Google Maps, APIs, app purchases, payment gateways like (Payu , RazorPay)
• Participate in Daily SCRUM stand-up meetings
• Demo progress of the application at the end of every day.
• Promptly communicate all SDLC activities with all stakeholders via mail
• Promptly invite teams to code review sessions.
• Train all the teams on how to download and use the mobile application
