We are looking some for the position of Sr. HR Manager in one of the leading pharmaceutical companies for Delhi location.
Job Responsibilities:
2. Find the right balance between speed, quality and cost, and use the talent acquisition vendors that are already empaneled with The Company effectively.
3. Understand the entire company's business context, composition, competencies, deliverables and their stakeholders and support leadership with hiring of key positions.
4. Strategize to improve the shortlist ratio, acceptance to joining ratio, adherence to process timelines and optimization of talent acquisition budget.
5. Build and manage a recruitment team to support the organizations growth plans and hiring requirements.
6. Handle payroll process to from the collecting employees attendance to their salary transfer and keep the records.
Requirements:
1. Post-Graduate in Human Resources preferred
2. Experience in hiring pharma sales team and strong relevant recruitment database preferred
3. Excellent communication and management skills
4. Should be able to define commit and meet deadlines
5. Strong experience around creating exceptional recruitment processes
