Job Description

  • Validate and setup products [lens] for all India labs both for Essilor as well as group companies
  • Enable projects coordination with various team by undertaking validation of products to be launched and implemented
  • Monitoring Tracking, reviewing the progress of an incident and keeping the customer informed.
  • Escalating High Priority Issues to Concerned Team and assisting them.
  • Managing database using SQL server management application.
  • Migration of local servers to RCP centralized server platform setup.
  • Participate in projects which are RCP and NG [ New Generation] migration projects in India.
  • Enable business improvement by giving accurate data analytics on surfacing and process techniques
  • Extend technical support and maintenance for products, processes with application support such as SQL Query NG application based on Cloud Computing
