This key member of the Marketing Operations organization will play a critical, hands-on role in supporting BMC’s Marketing key business stakeholders as it relates to assuring the uniformity and quality of data records used within the Eloqua marketing automation platform (MAP) and salesforce.com automation (SFA) solutions.
The Senior Database Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the management and development of the contact database which allows BMC to directly contact customers and prospects, database health & enrichment and improving strategies and methodologies for supporting direct marketing execution, ad hoc strategic/value-add/planning analysis, and marketing performance measurement, as well as their operational fulfillment. The Specialist will deliver values across the Marketing operation through analytics and marketing automation data services.
