Job Description

  • Analyse processes and re-engineering alternatives with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future environment.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure
  • Define and implement improvement plans that demonstrate specific activities and initiatives to improve the overall quality of service and service offerings.
  • Develop recommended operational improvements and facilitate execution of improvements
  • Monitor practices and processes to guide the implementation of compliance and improvement strategies improvement
  • Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame
  • Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified.
  • Manage and maintain Continuous Improvement Plans and associated materials
  • Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
Risk Management
  • Work with Risk & Control to ensure all potential/identified risks arising are managed.
  • Pro-actively manage the domain operational risk profile and assist in managing risk related issues

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate
  • A bachelor s degree or higher, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline
  • ITIL Certified
  • ITIL Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
  • Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt
