Job Description

  • Maintenance of Salesforce application and coordinating with tech teams and various departments for Salesforce integrations with other systems
  • Creating custom Apps, Objects, Tabs, Fields, Custom Field Relationships, Custom report types.
  • Handled issues with Data Sharing, Data Security, Permissions and profiles.
  • Supporting issues with Workflows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Flow and Process Builder, Creating processes as per business requirement.
  • Working on implementation of Enhancements and Bug fixes related to different modules of Salesforce.
  • Service cloud implementation. Case management, communities, live agent, entitlements, milestones.
  • Should work as Platform Developer 1/2, Community Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant Community Cloud Consultant .
  • Apex programming for triggers, scheduled/batch class.
  • Implemented SOAP/Rest callout and inbound web service
  • Campaign creation on Pardot and sending bulk notifications
  • Campaign Management and lead generation on Pardot/Salesforce
