Job Description

  • Mandatory: SAP B2B Sales
  • Prepare a database of all companies in the region assigned,
  • Send out Information kit to prospective customer giving information about Lotpick Consulting Services offerings
  • Generate Business from market. Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationship with all potential and existing clients
  • New Customer acquisition activities like Cold-calling, lead generation, meeting prospects, submitting proposals.
  • Following the sales process from start to close. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients & territories
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our client base.
  • Arranging Business meetings and one-on-one conversation with prospective clients
  • Promote the company products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Effectively Communicate the Value proposition through proposals & presentations
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and address target audience by inspiring sales speech
  • Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation
  • Participate in the performance appraisal process for personal and organizational growth

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Experience in Corporate IT/Software sales will be preferred
