Drive sales productivity in the assigned channel
Conceptualize execute marketing activities
Track and control quality of sourcing
Liaise with branch other teams to source PL
Streamline LO PL sourcing process in line with our policy
Ensure quick TAT in PL sourcing process
Handle customer rejects grievances effectively
Liaise with various departments like product, marketing etc
Ensure internal process and controls are followed at point of sourcing
On time reporting of events activities
Mis, reporting others.
Ensure self- compliance on various trainings
Review, report suggest training needs for LOs
