The responsibility of the SALES MANAGER is to achieve the monthly New Membership Sales Target (inclusive of Due and Non Due Revenue) in line with company objectives and also manage the team objectives inclusive of but not limited to Daily Prospecting Activity, in-the Job Training, Sales Team Budget and New Joining Membership Yeild.
