Top 15 outlets performance tracking and planning to ensure highest contribution from them; range selling to be tracked7. Contribution of premium styles into business; ensuring visibility8. POS requisition to ensure effective visibility of the brand9. Handled distributers in a similar role and ensured high performance10. Ideas to improve processes to enhance productivity11. Implementing sales promotional activities like promos, schemes, etc.12.
