Job Description

Position: Support Services

Qualification: B.Com

Location: Mumbai

Total Experience: 4 to 8 years

Job Content:
1. Support Services to Branch Sales Engineers
2. Payment follow up
3. Collection of advance payment
4. Delivery follow up
5. Remittance of collections

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Follow up for payments including provision payments - Ensuring regular reminders are sent for any invoice pending for more than 30 days

* Collection of Road permits,submitting proforma Invoices and timely follow ups for payments for making dispatches.

* Wherever direct collections are made and dispatches made as COD,Follow up with HO and transporter for timely delivery ,to avoid LD & demurrage

* Arranging to collect the expired bank Guarantee, EMD,Security Deposit, AR3-A Forms,Collecting the VAT TIN PIN registration for all customers

* Extend help wherever customers who directly follow up for E-1 forms with BPO at Cathedral Road

* Ensure arranging timely corrections of Excise invoices,wherever necessary and submit the same to Customers for availing GST and collection of Payments

* Maintaining office stationery with respect to the given companies

* Any other back-office support required by sales team

* Reconcile customer accounts for AR

* Follow up with HO for delivery on behalf of Sales Engineers
a. Enter in SAP all the out station Satellite office orders
b. In absence of Engineers,shall take messages from HO/Customer end and pass on the same to concerned Sales Engineers

* Follow up with Transporters for delivery
