Oversees the performance of the MSE portfolio of hisher cluster in terms of growth (amount and client base) and productivity of relationship officers by guiding them and carrying out constructive reviews of their performance.
Guides the relationship officers in carrying out marketing and sales activity, customer appraisals and proposal preparation.
Maintains relationship with high value MSE customers to maximize value and get referrals
Exercises control and carries out recovery of loans in hisher cluster, carries out risk assessment and recovery strategies.
