Job Description

 Manage programming and development teams for ERP and in-house app development for

iOS, web and other applications.

• Work with the architecture and business requirements leads to insure synchronize

development of integrate and testable requirements.

• Manage acceptance testing for hardware and software, ensuring data collection perform

according to compliance protocols and available for verification.

• Navigate development and introduction of QA and configuration management policies and

procedures to ITV applications prior to field deployment.

• Used SharePoint to provide real time reports and data to both Motorola and Walmart.

• Create departmental project tracking system & costing system utilizing SharePoint.

• Identify operational training materials and procedures utilize to train new members of the

operations team.

• Identify opportunities for technology refresh and retirement, infrastructure optimization,

and consolidation of technical infrastructure.

• Direct top-performing architecture, design, and development teams for international firm

specializing in information and communication systems.

• Establish policy and procedure on security and safety management, infrastructure

management, system management, crisis management and emergency preparedness.

• Maintain security of both electronic and physical records against unauthorized access and

release according to HIPAA, state and federal regulations.

• Conduct post payment provider education and assist program staff in development of

Medicaid policy and procedures.

• Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

• Developing positive relationships and handling customers needs

• Work to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner

and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
