Responsibilities:

• Strong Project Management/Leadership experience who can provide leadership and direction in establishment of standardized project management processes in RPA projects
• End to End Ownership of RPA projects
• Identifying the automation opportunities within the organization and converting them into business use case to deliver value to the organization.
• Build strong RPA CoE and setup best practices for the team.
• Effectively manage stakeholders relationships in order to maintain and grow their existing business to ensure revenue generation
• Good time management , people management , team management skills
• The individual should be able to manage , motivate , engage and enthuse people to take them to the next level of achievement.
• To formulate the Key Result Areas of the Team Leaders & Team Members
• Conduct appraisals and feedback sessions with Team leaders/employees at regular intervals
• Performance & SLA Management and ensure good customer satisfaction feedback from business stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate the staffing activities of the respective processes in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
• Closely monitor and control all components of Operational Expense
• To demonstrate cost sensitivity in all activities and deliver maximum benefits through low cost
• Enhanced Client and Customer Satisfaction and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Technical solution designing.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience of Project Management in Blue Prism or AA or Ui Path.
• Strong Technical background.
• Oversee the quality delivery of RPA solutions in accordance with the agreed RPA Delivery Methodology & Business Requirements
• Manage the automated processes on a daily basis to ensure they are scheduled in line with Business Requirements and that exceptions , referrals and system outages are handled appropriately
• Ability to control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives
• Experience of managing and motivating a cross discipline team
• Understand system and business change cycles to ensure automated processes are proactively amended to reflect changes
• Proven experience of successfully delivering high quality solutions in using standard project management techniques and disciplines
• Ability to liaise with senior management and stakeholder representatives to communicate project progress , issues , risks and solutions
• Accurate planning and tracking of Define , Design , Configure and Test deliverables and ensuring stakeholders are regularly appraised of status and progress
• Production of accurate cost and resource estimates and delivering against agreed budgets , maintaining transparent financials in adherence with Finance best practices.
• Knowledge on AI ML an added advantage.
  
  

Education and Experience Level

• Total Experience: Min 10 years with at least 3 years plus in RPA project management/leadership.
• Good communication skills , analytical and problem- solving skills
• Understanding of RPA ecosystem and lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of RPA tools and its features.
