1.The primary responsibility is to sell Life Insurance policies by contacting prospective customers.
2.The RM has to reach out to these prospective customers through the Digital and/ or Physical mode :
a.By Tele-calling/ Video-calling, or
b.By doing a Video Conference through the Microsoft Teams application, or
c.By doing a Face-to-Face meeting, if required
3. Ensuring that all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete and correct & keeping track of the policies till successful issuance.
4.Throughout the sales process, updating all prospect-related information and tracking daily performance through the LMS.
5.Building a relationship and servicing the customers over a long-term, leading to up-sell/ cross-sell opportunities and for collecting references.
6.Ensuring timely collection of Renewal payments.
