f.Ensuring that all procedural requirement for policy issuance are complete and correct & keeping track of the policies till successful issuance.
g.Throughout the sales process, updating all prospect-related information and tracking daily performance through the LMS.
h.Building a relationship and servicing the customers over a long-term, leading to up-sell/ cross-sell opportunities and for collecting references.
