Core Responsibilities: • Achieve Sales Targetso Meet and exceed business targets in terms of Sales volume, profitability and quality of sourcing. o Maintain TAT as per market standard and continuously reduce error rate o Ensure error free processing of files at the Branch /Backend o Track credit processes and monitor adherence to all compliance and regulatory norms as well as organization policies • Channel/Vendor /Distribution Managemento Identify new channel partners and empanel them for increasing reach and penetration o Handle all queries from DSA’s and maintain continuous engagement • Customer Relationship Managemento Visit Customer/Business Site for Personal Discussion before sanctioning of Loan. o Interact with and conduct client visits for relationship building. o Manage end to end processing of loans for high net worth candidates o Ensure Customer complaints are resolved in coordination with the relevant department. • Sales Team Managemento Ensure Job Description • Knowledge about the products & programs. • Knowledge about statutory compliance & local market procedures • Sales/Channel / Relationship Management. • Customer focus • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Negotiation and convincing skills • Interpersonal effectiveness • Team Management- Team Handling & Motivation.
