Manage the collection process 2) NPA Impact Analysis This role is responsible for managing the collection process and ensuring minimum loss for the product. Job Description A) Core Responsibilities: - NPA Management o Ensure that the NPA's are kept at minimum trigger levels o Manage portfolio movement and control loss for the specific product in the region o Achieve Budget target, increase fee income / revenue and reduce vendor payouts o Manage asset repossession as per policy and process - Delinquency Analysis o Conduct impact analysis and comparisons for managing delinquency and publishing MIS. o Review daily collections, pending cases and expected delinquency o Ensure that roll forward rates to higher buckets are kept within defined parameters
