Job Description

Responsible for good portfolio with delinquency.
Manage Vendor cost within assigned budget.
Responsible for maintaining TAT, quality of portfolio and credit team.
Productivity of Credit managers, taking adequate measures to enhance through interventions like Credit trainings, soft skills training and functional training.
Compliance with Policy and Process.
Risk Management and Portfolio responsibility- managing delinquency within acceptable levels
Managing operational risk- ensuring documentation, end-to-end monitoiring of processes, PDD collection and timely escalation
