We are looking for the Recruitment Specialist for our Company – ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Here is what the job responsibility entails:
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates as per the job description.
Create detailed job descriptions when required
Successfully review job descriptionsin to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help to identify the right candidate(s).
Understand technology both IT and Non IT, roles and skills.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Follow up with candidates
Ensure the smooth Interview procedure, meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board.
Experience in bulk hiring, hands on GEM manpower hiring.

Skills Set Required:
Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends.
Good interpersonal and decision making skills.
Bachelor of Science or Human Resource Degree.
Good Experience in recruitment processes and platform.
