Job Description

Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment Account Management (UK, EU).
Excellent written, oral communication abilities and negotiation skills.
Must have strong understanding of various IT technologies, ability to understand the job specifications and match the correct profiles.
Customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience.
Good at escalation handling & experience in handling challenging client requests.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and work ethics.
Aptitude to learn, positive attitude and a high level of commitment towards work.
Ability to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote company
