We are looking for a full-time remote recruitment manager with a burning desire to succeed. You should have a demonstrable experience of not only selecting quality candidates using the job boards but also seeking out and headhunting talent across multiple disciplines within the scope of e-commerce. This is a long-term and permanent position.
Using your experience, you analyse what works and what doesn’t. You’ll be able to critically evaluate our current recruiting approach and suggest and implement improvements. Where needed you will also design brand new procedures and manage the delivery of their implementation.
On a typical day, you will source candidates using a variety of sourcing strategies, review applicants, pre-screen candidates, and maintain the candidate database. You will collaborate daily with the department manager on all ongoing searches, report on your current searches, and present out-of-the-box ideas to attract top talent to our niche roles.
The right candidate is one who is eager to grow and contribute, someone who doesn’t shy away from challenges and loves finding a better way of doing things. The person in this role must be comfortable with change and ambiguity, seeing these as opportunities for growth rather than barriers to achievement.

Pay Rate:
We are offering $10 to $15 per hour rate (based on experience). 40 hours, 5 days (MON-FRI) in a week, 8-5 UK time with one hour break (non-payable)
In addition to the basic rate, we also offer a performance bonus and a hiring bonus for each hire. The hiring bonus will range between $100 to $200 per hire after they complete the initial assessment successfully by their line manager.
