Should be able to demonstrate excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
Should be able to work and remain calm even under pressure situations, and should be able to address and resolve any relevant issues
Should be able to work with a diverse range of people and communicate with them effectively
High levels of confidence, maturity, and competence are required
He is also responsible for resolving the customer queries and complaints if any.
He supervises the break timings and holidays, and last but not the least, he also makes sure that the organization's policies have been communicated and followed by the staff personnel.
Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport
Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all mistakes for management team and working staff.
Analyze and identify growth for all projects at workstations and ensure high quality service.
Maintain efficient standard operating system for company and evaluate same.
Assist potential customers and maintain efficient relationships with prior customers
