Job Description

  • Understand project requirements and adhere to client specifications.
  • Create multiple design proposals for review by the team.
  • Create and design advertising circular page layouts.
  • Create signage with strong concepts and designs.
  • Execute pixel-accurate designs including clean .psd files with Adobe CC applications
  • Use processes, tools and control systems to deliver projects on time.
  • Coordinate and discuss creative aspects with the Creative Thinking team, Logistics team and other members working on the project
  • Meet deadlines while executing designing projects.
  • Participate in Redemption East and Redemption West department meetings. 
  • Control budget and report expenditure(s) 
  • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
