Job Summary

• Serves as lead engineer on mid- to large size projects.
• Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
• Approves and signs off on work.
• Provides technical expertise for studies and design efforts.
• Presents complex technical solutions to clients.
• Performs quality control reviews of work developed by others.
• Participates in development of technical proposals.
• Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large projects.

Job Description

• Acting as Team Leader to PMC team of around 25 specialists.
• Managing all aspects of project including quality, cost and time.
• Regularly meeting with clients, third parties and project managers to report progress
• Monitoring progress, providing financial control and ensuring project quality
• Generating progress reports and periodical MIS
• Coordinating with design team for timely delivery of design docs
• Processing running bills of contractors
• Making contractual correspondences
• Devising cost-effective plans and methods to enable effective completion of the project
• Managing risks to avoid delays
• Ensuring necessary permits and legal papers are secured
• Ensuring project managers supervise and manage their own multidiscipline teams
• Making strategic decisions and providing the necessary leadership and direction for teams of project managers to implement those decisions
• Building strong working relationships with clients

Minimum Requirements

BE Civil with PG in Engineering / Management

Experience above 30 years

Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Aviation industry experience is preferred.
