Program Manager (Work from home in covid ) job opportunity with IWIL India sister concerned company of ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level5) based in Faridabad, Suraj Kund Road

Role :Program Manager/ Coordinator -IWIL India (Non-Profit /Foundation)
Experience : Min 2 Years
Location : Faridabad, Suraj Kund road
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad Metro Station (15 min away from metro station)

We are looking at a go getter who has consolidated experience on working with an NGO (the role requires coordination with Rural and urban women entrepreneurs and corresponding stake holders )

Hands on with marketing the project
Coordinating and liasionin at relevant touch points
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Innovation and ideas would be a great add on
Expertise in relationship building and organizing events in the non profit genre ( especially women)
Interacting with important industry stakeholders would for the core of this role
A similar experience would be brave up the sleeve
Identifying Oppty and building synergies in industry circles and connecting with relevant stakeholders towards organising programs on digital media awareness programs ,skilling , transformation
Help carry the baton of IWIL India across different touch points and stakeholders (Example FICCI , MSME Ministry , NSSSCOM)
Work on innovative ideas for the foundation and ensure that they come to fruition and it is ever better if converted to revenue generation
Help sketch and plan revenue generation and business plans for the foundation
Passionate about the cause of building programs and skill set for women entrepreneurs
Building programs on technology for women entrepreneurs community
