Job Description

Business

Ensure day-to-day support to the business by maintaining high availability of the systems and resources
Coordinate with Vendor partner for integration related issues
Availability of critical services like GL, Recon, Vendor Payments and Asset Management
Implementation of timely change to production as per requirement shared through circular from regulators

Customer

Ensure all issues properly logged and resolved on timely manner.
Ensure no penalty to the bank due to system related issue
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Prioritize and manage open issues effecting end customer
