5-7 years of program management experience with proven success in working with technical stakeholders, product engineering, product managers and customers
The ability to wear many hats, learn quickly and change direction immediately when desired
The ability to think creatively and critically about product features and user scenarios in the enterprise space
Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing start-up environment
The ability to thrive in chaos and ambiguity, but still come up with clear, actionable asks for downstream teams to act upon
Strong project management, reporting/tracking, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills
Strong knowledge of at least one project management and issue tracking tools such as Visual Studio Online (VSO)/VSTS, Jira etc.
Strong understanding of product scenarios, UX design in consumer-facing apps etc. to recommend best-in-class user experiences to developers and customers
Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and ability to go deep in technical areas
Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge and experience in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and conversational interfaces such as bots etc. is a big plus
Responsibilities:
Interface with customers and developers, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery
Provide program/project schedules and status reports on-demand or at specified intervals
Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented
Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers from Teams engineering as required
Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints
Manage/oversee project spanning internal and external stakeholders
