5. Essential Qualification & Experience: Master degree in any Nursing specialty, Registered Nurse/Midwife in Maharashtra Nursing Council,12 years experience in Nursing after such Registration of which 10 years should be teaching experience with minimum 5 years in collegiate programme.
6. Desirable Qualification & Experience: Ph. D 8 Years teaching experience in Nursing education after M.Sc. (N) of which at least 5 years shall be as a Lecturer.Independent/Published work In International / National Journals of Nursing.
