Job Description:

POSITION PURPOSE:

This role supports the EU Systems Engineering team as well as the sales team for the proper execution of their main tasks. The SPT Product support Associate missions are to prepare, plan, follow-up and execute the pack revision program for Europe. He/She is in continuous collaboration between EU SPT quoters, design team and manufacturing units for all requests and for the follow-up of samples, productions, surplus, forecast, etc

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Using complete sentences, list the essential job functions in descending order of importance to fulfilling the positions purpose. Indicate the major action (what is done and how) and the expected result (why is it done)

Identify accounts and packs that need to be reviewed and establish priority list
Prepare base line costs and account follow-up file
Identify savings opportunity for Customers on our pack proposal and design
Prepare all necessary documentation in advance of the pack review meeting
Calculate Sterile Procedure Trays (SPT) quotations to establish potential savings for the customers
Follow-up with local quoter after the Pack review held with Client and Account Manager
Update and complete the quotations in order to establish a new cost line
Manage samples requests for Account Managers and Customers
Manage BOM update request for Account Managers and Customers
Be an expert on internal SPT software tools and processes
Participate actively in improvement of processes and tools
Be the back up of other EU SPT quoter in case of absence or high workload
Train fellow colleagues to the SPT design and quotation tools and processes
Research, collect and format competitive product information to populate for use in Medlines cross reference initiative
Work on existing product database to consolidate, validate and cleanup data in order to produce more accurate results and updated content on product catalogues
Manage and update internal marketing materials such as TDS, pictures, brochures, etc


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong IT skills (Microsoft office suite and Excel)
Strong organizational and administrative skills (Ability to work on multiple requests at the same time)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management skills, able to work in a high demanding environment
Good attention to details
Some knowledge of healthcare (clinical knowledge or experience as a nurse is a plus)
Ability to work independently in an international team based in various locations
Ability to communicate fluently in English in a verbal and written format (softwares in English)
