Job Description

To Support Production Systems and Automate the BAU activities as and where possible.

To collaborate closely with product developers to ensure that the designed solution responds to non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, security, and maintainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Debug, Modify and review modules using FileNet CE and PE Java/.NET APIs

1. FileNet CE Java API To access content in the FileNet Content Repository from external applications

2. FileNet PE Java API To access content in the FileNet Content Repository from FileNet Workflows

Support Applications deployed in Production

Analysis of requirements and documentation of module design

Debug the assigned module(s) based on the technical design and coding standards.

Validate documentation of the code changes and unit test results

Complete review of configurations in server.

Code review of all modules.

Communication and interaction with other support teams and users.

Understand and revert the feasibility to senior stakeholders.
