This position will be based in Ivanti's Bangalore office.
Occasional travel to different Ivanti offices - approx. 10%
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
2 years relevant experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner or related role, or 5+ years in a Business Analyst or related role.
Ideally a Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in creation and management of software products, ideally in a Cloud and very agile, customer-facing, DevOps-aligned environment
Significant experience in the IT industry, Service Management/ITSM market and products is preferred
Proven ability not just to meet but exceed customer expectations.
Proven ability to lead, manage and work with remote, cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence team and outside partners on challenging projects/initiatives, obtain stakeholder buy in, and to see the initiatives to fruition with only high-level oversight and goal setting. Must be a natural leader, go-to person, able to win the respect and trust of their peer group.
Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Experience with high levels of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a consistently fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
