Maintaining and organizing list of potential leads. Outcall them and convince them for site visits in coordination with the sales team
Understand and explain customer requirements and redirect them to respective sales team members
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow- up and outbound cold calls & emails
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Provide project details to potential customers over the phone and via email. Handle all queries in a professional and courteous manner
