Job Description

  • To meet the admitted Patients regularly, enquire about their problems / complaints
  • To enhance the value of services being provided by making the patient and the Attendant comfortable and acquainted to the hospital
  • On patient's complaints, coordinate with respective HODs and the Floor Manager and also report the same to Head Patient Care Services
  • To meet the Patients who are scheduled for discharge and take the feedback
  • Fond farewell for guests staying more than two weeks in the hospital
  • Developing patient handbook, cards items which focus more on customer satisfaction and helps further facilitating patient stay
  • Reporting feedback and processing it so as to further improve our system towards more patient centric approach
  • Celebrate birthdays and anniversaries of in house in-patients.
  • Handle irate guests with empathy and professionalism and recover service
  • Review the department procedures in a manner that will ensure the department meets all the statutory and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Lead and hold accountability for Internal & External Audits.
  • Maintaining and sustaining FOS initiatives for the departments.
Any other task assigned by the HOD and the management

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,75,000 PA.
