The role will be responsible to take on the management of chronic program conditions with the goal of delivering medical protocols as defined and with maximum sensitivity with the goal of keeping customers healthier to reduce loss ratios by reducing IPD admissions.-Effective management of conditions & delivering as per medical protocols
