The Product Support Associate is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and uploading cross reference data for Medline s Product Divisions and Medline s Distribution Company. The goal of this job is to ensure accuracy and availability of cross reference information as it relates to internal systems as well as the output provided to our internal users and customers.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of SAP / AS400 database tables a plus
• Ability to extract, analyze and report on data required
• Previous experience working with databases strongly preferred
• Experience with online research and competitive analysis a plus
• Must be detail - oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem - solving skills are required
• Excellent follow - up skills are a required
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Highly driven and self - motivated personality required

Some of the responsibilities are :

• Process, Approve, and Review ECNs for manufacturing divisions.
• Work on audit reports to consolidate, validate and cleanup data in order to produce more accurate results.
• To ensure timely report generations like Sales Order Cancellation, etc.
• To perform Discontinuation/revision of Finished Goods, components and working on Engineering change notices (ECN s)
• Validate, Maintain, and Cleanse item and vendor master files; including item attributes, vendor, compliance, and country of origin changes.
• Maintain changes to Packdraw software PPPF(Picture product placement form) complementing to ECNs processed
• Collaborate with and take direction from the US - based Team in order to produce appropriate results.
