The successful candidate is expected to drive the New Ways of Working (NWoW) transformation in Financial Markets. Responsibilities include:
Create awareness and attain buy-in on the NWoW across the Financial Markets organisation.
Collaborate closely with senior business and functional leaders to build and drive the transformation.
Develop training materials and conduct training to share knowledge and inspire individuals and teams to continuously improve and think client.
Coach individuals and teams, facilitate workshops on the application of improvement methodologies to deliver high impact projects and bring value to the organisation and clients.
Innovate and drive initiatives to achieve the overall aim and targets of the NWoW agenda.
Work in close partnership with the central transformation teams to align approaches and efforts.

Strong capabilities in Transformation/ Change Management, Process Improvement, Project Management, Stakeholder Management and Capability Development.
Highly structured, a self-starter, an innovative thinker and a problem solver and have demonstrated success in building lasting relationships with business partners.
Proven capabilities in delivering high impact initiatives, effective negotiation and communication through oral, written and presentations to executives across levels.
Effective facilitator in workshops / discussions / working sessions for executives across levels and functions.
Experience and knowledge in (as many of): Agile, Human-Centred Design, Lean, Six Sigma and project management.
A passion for driving culture and mindset change. Adaptive to changing situations and enjoy collaborating with teams in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
Ability to guide, coach and build strong, collaborative relationships with team members and foster a productive team environment. Seeking diverse views to encourage innovation and high performance and demonstrated ability to get the best out of teams.
Degree holder, preferably a Master qualification
10 - 15 years of experience in Operations, preferably in Financial Markets.
