Experience in implementing contact centre functionalities using Salesforce Service Cloud and CTI platforms
Extensive experience in Force.com platform using APEX and Visual Force.
Good experience in Salesforce configuration and mapping features to the business requirements
Experience in implementing integration solutions between CRM, ERP and Financial systems
Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.
