Job Description

  • To Ensuring the proper SOP Follow up.
  • Prepare and maintain all daily & weekly MIS reports.
  • Maintain E-mail Communications with Customer and Internal Management.
  • Supervision and Control over daily warehousing operational activities.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits by following up with Operations team.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Maintain daily tracker of picking and packing, making reports like MIS report, picking report, packing report, dispatch report, case and loose quantity report, fill rate and on time report.
