Job Description

Excellent knowledge of CRM (in telco domain) is a must;

• Must have sound functional knowledge of Telecom CRM areas – Customer Care/management, Contract Management, Order Management, Product Catalogue;

• Proven experience of delivering multiple CRM implementations to Telecom clients as Business Analyst or Solution Designer/Architect;

• Knowledge of standards and solutions for telecom BSS/OSS is a must;

• Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases, configuration etc.;

• Experience in design documentation, UML modelling is a must;

• Experience in standard tools for requirements and designing;

• Experience of leading and delivering solution projects end to end, technically.

• Knowledge of delivery methodologies for software lifecycle;

• Participation in software development and project implementation;

• Willingness to travel;

• Experience of working with customers at client site.

• Experience in SQL, J2SE\J2EE, Oracle DB, Unix is a plus.

• Analysis of the business requirements of the customer;

• Eliciting customer’s needs;

• Analysis and clarification of requirements;

• Development of functional requirements;

• Design and documentation of proposed solution;
