Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
Analyzes sales data in order to identify strengths and weakness of a particular promotion
Networks with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote certain products
Make presentations showing current sales figures to shareholders, business partners, and corporate executives
Establishes sales goals based upon current market trends
Eager to bring new business opportunities to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager
Strong background in General and Modern Trade, Online e-commerce businesses a plus
Experience managing a high performance sales team
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
12+ Years of Experience
