Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team and coordinate with our business and technology stakeholders to translate business objectives into solutions and deliverables.
- Contribute during design phase and code according to software requirement specifications while meeting project deadlines.
- Write, review and test code to ensure compatibility and stability.
- Follow agile methodology to create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software modules.
- Initiating and implementing innovative ideas in the product to meet the changing needs of our key demographics.
Skills:
- You should have leadership quality, focus on client business , self-motivation , good analytical and problem solving skills for this profile.
- You may have knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
- You must be "backend visionary with very good knowledge of Java, J2EE and work experience on frameworks like spring , hibernate and Oracle database.
- You must have a "front-end hero having good knowledge of the technology stack JSP, JSF,Angularor HTML5 (with CSS, JavaScript, Ajax).
- Experience with tracking tools like JIRA would surely add on.
- Good if you have any Java tech certifications.
