Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Should be willing to work in night shifts

  • Skills with helping and troubleshooting the Microsoft teams room setup
  • Experience with Microsoft teams room hardware support, Specifically Polycom
  • Run point on customer communications following Team installation
  • Work with the Momentum Implementation and Project Management teams to supply clarity and verify installed solution for accuracy
  • Obtain high customer and partner onboarding satisfaction
  • Serve as technical adviser and owning the resolution of issues that arise during the onboarding phases
  • Assists Momentum customers with the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintaining a strong working & technical knowledge of the M365 services, taking ownership for driving service improvements
  • The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering remote technical support for Audio Visual, Videoconferencing, UC solutions
  • Provide support to users in the operations and configuration of videoconferencing systems and networked AV technology
