Upkeep of Pumps, tractors & trailers, Conveyors, Structural, centrifuge and Weighbridge ensuring 100% availability for production.
2. Co-ordinate with production department for achieving targeted production.
3. Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules.
4. Plan annual budget for maintenance, Inventory control, monitoring spare parts availability, procurement, follow up.
5. Shut down jobs planning, scheduling, execution, reporting.
6. Analysing failures and reporting.
7. Implementation of safety procedures / accident prevention / reporting.
8. Contract Manpower planning, utilisation, control.
9. Quality control inspection of major components, joint inspection of critical components / equipments.
10. Establish sound maintenance system to monitor health of both running equipment and stand by equipment.
11. Study Engineering drawings and design, handle installation and commissioning projects.
Required Candidate profile
Diploma in Mechanical Engineer with 6 to 12 years of experience in operation and maintenance of Rotary equipments .
