Job Description :
Monitor inventory levels and access to the material.
Oversee and support subordinates
Prepare and file detailed records on procurement activity, quantity, and vendors.
Maintain department Expenditure
Supervise, evaluate, the stocks in Raw Material, Packing Material, Polymer & Spare Parts store.
Prepares material and parts substitution listings, spare parts breakdown listings, shipping and receiving documentation, and contractual and other reports.
Possess ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and emergency situations that could impact flow of parts to Assembly & Flight Operations.
Evaluates Inventory layout and recommends changes to eliminate duplicate parts and decrease
Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory to Identify and order needed parts and maintain tracking system.
Supervise material control (spare part inventory), repair and rebuild programs, and reliability and maintainability reviews.
Maintain proper and adequate inventory of spare parts / Raw Material Packing materials
Record and assess all materials quality, movement, and expenditure
Manage the distribution of supplies in the organization
Collaborate with management to plan forecasting models
Initiating and managing projects related to sustainable materials and tools in textiles manufacturing
