  • Be responsible for the Company's core marketing functions such as marketing communications, product marketing, brand awareness, creatives, digital & social media marketing, events.
  • Create national recognition of the company and product branding through strategic marketing, effective brand management, and good old-fashioned hard work.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager, Business Development Manager, and Regional Marketing Manager in developing strategies, innovations, promotions, incentives, activities that grow the Company's sales, expand customer & IBO base, strengthen customer & IBO retention, and develop IBO leaders.
  • Implement new, unique, and effective marketing strategies for the Company.
  • Organize public outreach activities and IBO meetings in collaboration with the Business Development team to promote the Company's products and business opportunity.
